At Cozy Haus, every wearable blanket is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Because each blanket is individually crafted rather than mass-produced, we appreciate your patience while we create your order.

Processing Time

Each wearable blanket requires approximately 2 weeks to be handmade before it is ready for shipment. This production time allows us to carefully craft, inspect, and package your order to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Production: Approximately 2 weeks
  • Shipping: 7–14 business days

Total delivery time will vary depending on your location and any unforeseen carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been scanned by the carrier.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order as quickly as possible, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Cozy Haus is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee address changes once production has begun.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Cozy Haus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
