At Cozy Haus, every wearable blanket is handmade to order with care, attention to detail, and quality craftsmanship. Because each item is individually created specifically for you, we ask that you carefully review the following policy before placing your order.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Handmade Products

All of our wearable blankets are handcrafted and made to order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in stitching, fabric placement, pattern alignment, or appearance may occur. These small differences are normal and make each blanket unique.

Our products are not mass-produced, and these natural variations are not considered defects.


No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ordering by mistake
  • Deciding you no longer want the item
  • Purchasing the wrong design
  • Purchasing the wrong size
  • Finding the item elsewhere
  • Changing your preferences after ordering
  • Ordering as a gift and later deciding not to give it

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests.

If your order has already entered production, it cannot be canceled.


Returns

Due to the custom handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be unworn
  • Be unwashed
  • Be in their original condition
  • Include original packaging whenever possible

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem
  • Photos of the packaging if applicable

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or another resolution at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased by mistake
  • Items ordered in the wrong design
  • Used products
  • Washed products
  • Items damaged through normal wear
  • Damage caused by improper washing or care
  • Items returned without authorization
  • Orders refused upon delivery

Shipping Delays

Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Holidays or peak shipping seasons

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered during checkout, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has started.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.


Color & Appearance

We make every effort to display our products accurately.

However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on:

  • Phone screens
  • Computer monitors
  • Tablet displays
  • Lighting conditions
  • Fabric dye batches

Minor color differences are not considered manufacturing defects.


Quality Guarantee

Every wearable blanket is carefully inspected before being packaged and shipped.

If a genuine manufacturing defect is discovered, please contact us promptly so we can review your claim and determine an appropriate solution.


Processing Time

Because every Cozy Haus wearable blanket is handmade, production takes approximately 2 weeks before shipment.

After production is complete, orders typically require 7–14 business days for shipping, depending on your location and carrier service.

Please keep these timelines in mind before placing your order.
